David Soemarko, CFA

David is a seasoned finance expert in corporate finance, capital markets, accounting and finance operations; spending his past decade building track records of transforming businesses into sustainable corporations through operations excellence, strategic partnerships, system implementation, and fundraisings.

Professionally, David was a former Consultant at PwC and Accenture. At PwC, he played a key role in over a dozen transactions, including M&A and IPOs, with a total aggregate deal value of over $1 Billion. At Accenture, he drove transformative projects for many major corporations, streamlining their operations and enabling their digital presence.

David is a CFA Charterholder with a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from Monash University, where he graduated with Dean's Honour List recognition.

Grace Widjaya

Grace is an accomplished corporate finance professional with over a decade of industry expertise in finance operations, strategy consulting, investment portfolio management, capital structure optimization and business restructuring. She held pivotal roles including Consultant in PwC Deals Advisory, SEA Regional Financial Controller at a multinational startup, and Investment Director at a venture capital firm.

Grace began her career in 2014 at PwC, where she contributed to numerous corporate finance deals involving financial strategy, financial modeling, debt restructuring, corporate actions, and financial due diligence. Throughout her tenure in venture capital and startup environments, Grace has demonstrated excellence in evaluating diverse deal opportunities across industries and effectively managing investments in portfolio companies across Southeast Asia. Additionally, she enriched her expertise in capital markets during her tenure as AVP Capital Management & Investor Relations at Intiland, a prominent listed property developer.


Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Accounting & Finance from Monash University in Melbourne, and she earned a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University.
